1. About Us

Walks, Wags & Wellbeing Dog Care is a sole trader business providing dog walking, overnight dog sitting, and related pet care services in the Solihull/Knowle area.

By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Services may include:

• Morning and evening dog walking

• Overnight dog sitting

• Pick-up and drop-off (where agreed)

• Feeding dogs using food supplied by the owner

• Administering medication supplied by the owner, in accordance with written instructions

Services are tailored to each dog’s individual needs and routine.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• Payment terms (including deposits, if applicable) will be agreed in advance.

• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Late cancellations may be chargeable.

4. Dog Information & Owner Responsibilities

Owners agree to provide accurate and complete information about their dog, including:

• Behaviour and temperament

• Medical conditions

• Medication instructions

• Dietary requirements

• Emergency contact details

• Veterinary details

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of service.

5. Health, Behaviour & Safety

• Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.

• Dogs must be suitably socialised and safe to handle.

• Walks, Wags & Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog displays aggressive or unsafe behaviour.

6. Medication

• Medication will only be administered if supplied by the owner with clear written instructions.

• Walks, Wags & Wellbeing accepts no liability for adverse reactions to medication provided by the owner.

• Medication is administered at the owner’s risk.

7. Feeding

• All food must be supplied by the owner.

• Walks, Wags & Wellbeing will not be held responsible for issues arising from food provided by the owner, including allergies or intolerances.

8. Veterinary Care & Emergencies

• In the event of illness or injury, Walks, Wags & Wellbeing will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner.

• If urgent veterinary care is required and the owner cannot be reached, Walks, Wags & Wellbeing may seek treatment at the owner’s nominated vet or the nearest available vet.

• All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.

9. Liability

• Walks, Wags & Wellbeing will take reasonable care at all times.

• Dogs remain the legal responsibility of their owner.

• Walks, Wags & Wellbeing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing medical or behavioural conditions

  • Illness or injury arising from normal dog behaviour

  • Loss or damage caused by the dog to third parties or property

• Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Keys & Property Access

• Any keys provided will be kept securely and used solely for agreed services.

• Walks, Wags & Wellbeing is not responsible for issues arising from faulty locks, alarms, or access instructions.

11. Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
